This year Bloc had the pleasure to work on this beautiful new house for the Northern Colorado Parade of Homes. This was a piece that our team could truly show our passion for what we do. The checkered lawn area provides a unique addition to the landscape and surrounding environment. The layout has been bordered by a colored curbing concrete which adds an extra highlight to the new lawn and a quiet water feature adds a natural feel to this cozy community.
